Do your young teens shop for clothes from the guys section?
My daughter who just turned 14 still shops at the guys section and I hope she stays that way for at least another year. She is the youngest in 9th grade and most of her friends (most of them who are 15) are already wearing clothes and lingerie that are too sexy (such as those from victoria's secret).

Most guy stores (such as abercrombie guys & limited too) go up to young-mid teen sizes. I find those guy stores stylish enough, sometimes even sexy for a young teen.

I hope my daughter doesn't grow up too quickly.
I'm currently 15 and I still shop in the guydie section. I'm not going to lie, I still like some of the styles and I'm actually jealous of young guyren. "You have to dress your age." Stereotypical.

It disgusts me in seeing girls my age or even younger dress like a slut.
Have you noticed that if you go to Wal-Mart or any clothing store that the shorts and skirts are getting shorter? And that the tops are getting lower?

I honestly don't want to see how society will end up looking like in the future. The next "cool" style will probably be nude...
Where can I find sexy lingerie thats affordable?
I cant do online ordering like Victoria's Secret stuff, and they don'tt have that much fun, sexy, flirty stuff in the store, its either for young teens, or older women, nothing inbetween. I tried finding a Priscilla's website so I can check out what they have before I go to the store, but there isnt one and its kind of a drive. . is there sexy stuff at any department stores or anything else that someone knows about? thanks!
Hi---I have been buying my sexy dresses and lingerie at Sexy Clothes Cafe. As I said on other posts my BF even buys there because of prices and real sexy. I hope this will help you. Good luck. Jimmie www.sexy-clothes-cafe.com/sexylin…
Question about lingerie?
The other day I was with one of my closest girl friends shopping at the mall. SinceI was there I would go look at the lingerie section. Ever since I was a young teen I loved lingerie and looking pretty in it, and now that I am married I have even more of a reason to want it. Just as I am about to purchase some my friend says "You don't have to be constantly trying to impress him, you guys are already married which means he is attracted to you with or without some stupid lingerie". I get what she means, but I still like the way I look in it, and I don't go and buy the most expensive ones or anything so I don't see anything wrong with it. Does it come off to my husband as me still trying to impress him, or anything negative at all? I just thought of it as a little fun...
trust me we love it !
Is victoria secret giving a wrong image to young girls?
I honestly dont think so. I stumbled upon this video from CNN when i was bored, talking about victoria secret giving the wrong image to girls about being sexy and beautiful.
www.cnn.com/video/#/video/showbiz…

I agree with the woman that talks about anorexia vs obesity

These people clearly just need someone to blame for the way young teens -pre-teens- act/dress now a days (not saying ALL but their style is certainly becoming more and more "grown up" every year)

I LOVE victoria secret. Im 18 and i get pretty much all my undies from there not because they are "sexy" and because i want to be "pretty like all the perfect little models lalalala" its because they are really good quality. They dont fall apart in 3 washes or get holes in them and they are very comfy and.. cute! I mean come on people its IS a lingerie store for crying out loud!

What do you think??

PS: THE LINK GOES TO JENNIFER ANNISTON'S VIDEO BUTTTT
If you look at the bottom you can see the VICTORIA SECRET one called "is victoria secret sexist?" Thats the video im talking about so click that one!
PPS: They might have a little commercial thing before the video actually starts.
Yea, I think you are right, but not completely. Yes, it IS a lingerie store, but at the same time they sell some other stuff too besides that. The Victoria's Secret in California, has a little section off to the side where sweats and cute shirts are hung up. I think als why some little girls and pre-teens wear Victoria's Secret is because their older sisters or possibly mothers wear it. But still, that IS a good question and it really makes you think.
Do you think that becoming sexually active at a young age is normal or do you find it inappropriate?
I'm not that old, but things have really changed since I was a young teen. It seems that since my little brother was in school, it's become very common for guys aged 11-14 to be regularly sexually active. It seems every time I come on Yahoo! Answers, there's a 14-15 year old who's pregnant, might be pregnant, or just had a baby. There are girls as young as 13 who live nearby me who are buying lingerie and sex toys and asking for sex tips and techniques.

Do you find this behavior to be a normal part of being young? Or do you feel that there's too much pressure put on guys to engage in adult behavior at a young age? What's your opinion on this issue?
It shouldn't be normal but that is what you see everywhere, cleavage and other revealing clothes, the girls on Disney look like sluts. Just seems like there is something everywhere about sex. I am almost 55 yrs old and I was literally still playing with dolls and being a tomboy when I was 13-14. I don't think I even knew what sex was until I was about 16, and that was normal, and a girl might be 16-17 before she went out on her first date. Sounds funny to you probably. Even the clothes for little toddler girls are rather sexy. I loved it so much better when guys were guys and weren't rushed into their teens and the sexual stuff until they were almost adults.
Have far down the perverted rabbit hole will this country sink?
Miley Cyrus's 9 year old sister is designing a line in partnership with a company called Ooh La La of lingerie for young guyren from the ages of 5 to teens. What is Billy Ray thinking? She even has a website posing in some of this lingerie. How is this not sexual exploitation of a minor? Pedophiles are gonna love this. It is bad enough what parents do to their guyren in pageants but this is even worse.
Like women in skimpy bikinis on the beach. You hear them all the time, "don't look at me". Put some clothes on!!!
Worse with guyren, "are you looking at my little girl"? Put some clothes on!!!
ALL TEENS+PARENTS: What do you think of this? PLEASE READ!!!?
Recently, the lingerie and clothing company Victoria’s Secret has become more suggestive with their products. No, I am not talking about the regular Victoria’s Secret; I am talking about Victoria’s Secret Pink-which is intended for younger women and teens. I came across a few products that carried phrases like “I’ll Show You Mine If You Show Me Yours”, “I Love French Kissing”, “Let’s Make Out”, “Your Place Or Mine?”, “Let’s Go All the Way”, “Sure Thing”, “Pin Me Down”, “French Me”, “Let’s Get Naked”, “Wild In Bed”, and “Sleep With Me”. Needless to say, this made me raise my eyebrows, as I’m sure this made you raise yours.
You might be asking yourself what is suggestive about the phrase “Sure Thing”. The phrase “Sure Thing” is a phrase that was used in the 80’s that identifies a person who will definitely have sex, without any hassles. Ask yourself; would I want my 13 year old daughter walking around in a shirt that is basically saying she’s easy?
What surprised me about this newfound sexuality is the fact that the text on their products had never been suggestive in the past. I should know; I’ve been following the Pink line since I was 12, in 2007. How do we go from “Be Happy” to “Pin Me Down”?
I also saw that the company began using the phrase “Kiss This” placed over the behinds of pants and panties. I thought this was quite clever and cute. But then, I saw a picture from an upcoming collection that had the phrase “Kiss This” on the front of the panties; right on the crotch. Are they suggesting what I think they’re suggesting?
Why is there an excess of these ostentatiously sexual products being sold by this company? Are they trying to imply that the only thing that girls want to do is get laid? Do they believe that all girls care about is boys and the actions they want to do with them? I didn’t see any products talking about careers, grades, or any future aspirations. There were no “Ivy League Bound” or “A+ or Bust!” phrases to be found. Yet, you can find numerous products that talk about everything from first base to home.
When I decided to ask a few people for opinions on the suggestiveness of products, one person said “Well, the phrase ‘Let’s go all the way’ is from a song.” Yes, it is from a song, and that song is about having sex for the first time, as a teenager. Another person pointed out that if a person is reading someone’s underwear, it is likely that they’ll probably be doing the actions that are described in the text, so it might be meant to be silly. This might be true, but I wonder why the company decided to go from a G rating to a PG-13 rating? To possibly sell more because they believe that being racier will raise sales?
I would expect suggestiveness of the like from the regular Victoria’s Secret line, which sells lingerie. But, ironically, the text on the panties from the lingerie section tend to read things like “Boy Toy”, “Hottie”, “Hi Cupcake”, and “Do You Believe In Magic?”. All of these are relatively innocent, yet these panties are aimed towards older women, and the suggestive phrases are aimed towards younger women.
Why is there a suggestion of, and even perhaps, encouraging of sex to young women and teenagers, especially seeing the high statistics of teenage pregnancy? If anything, they should be putting phrases like “Modest Is Hottest”, “Don’t Count On It”, “Saving Myself For A Rockstar”, “I’m Worth The Wait”, “In Your Dreams” and “Virgin Vamp” on products to encourage good moral character. And even “You Can Look, But Don’t Touch”, if they are bent on quoting pop songs.
Now, I’m not trying to be a prude. I like midriff tops, belly rings, and tight jeans as much as the next girl; but I think Victoria’s Secret needs to reassess who their audience is, and think about the message they want to send to impressionable minds, especially seeing how America’s education level is so inferior compared to other countries. I’m sure that Adriana Lima, who has been a Victoria’s Secret Angel for the past 10 years, and is a supporter of abstinence until marriage would agree with me.
I feel that using this type of language on tops is a glamorization of sex that is done in a seemingly innocent manner. For example, one shirt that says “I Love French Kissing” has a pink heart on it that is adorned with rhinestones. The style of this top is not seductive in appearance. It is not a sheer top, and it is not low cut. It is a baseball style shirt that is meant to be worn as a pajama top. Some people might say that it is not meant to be seen in public, and is therefore a justifiable piece to be worn in the privacy of one’s own home. But, if you take a simple observance in any given location in the United States, you are bound to see a teenage girl wearing her pajamas out in public.
I'm not good at reactions but I assure you inside my right eyebrow was raised, the left flat.
I wouldn't want my daughter wearing that shirt, but honestly I'm thirteen and I do not think that Victoria's Secret is a store a thirteen year old needs to be shopping in when it comes to clothes!
Oh ho ho, they are suggesting EXACTLY what you think they're suggesting.
That, hun, is exactly what they're implying. Odd--I thought that was what all guys wanted...
Why do we keep saying PG-13? I'm going with an NC-17 on this one. If I ever caught my daughter in underwear depicting the phrase "Boy Toy", Idk what I'd do but it wouldn't be pretty. It wouldn't even be that she was wearing something with sexual references. Just that she was wearing something that states she is nothing more than something for a boy to play around with when he's bored. I promise you my daughter will have a teensy bit more SELF RESPECT than that.
HOWEVER-Here's where I disagree with you a little. If girls WANT to wear clothing that indicates they have no self respect-let them. I don't think that we should ever force a store not to sell something just because it indicates sex. It's all up to the girl and the parents--you can't expect the world to make itself modest and save for you.
HOWEVER-Jeez, I keep rereading them and I just LOVE your phrases here -“Modest Is Hottest”, “Don’t Count On It”, “Saving Myself For A Rockstar”, “I’m Worth The Wait”, “In Your Dreams” and “Virgin Vamp” on products to encourage good moral character. And even “You Can Look, But Don’t Touch”,- They're all funny, and I have a very modest friend who I could totally see wearing the Saving Myself For A Rockstar or Don't Count On It shirt. And I would totally wear them. :D. I think you should start a clothing line with cute but not so perverted clothing for young girls. I'm serious! I want this shizz on the market! (Sorry for cursing...)
PLEASE :D
We had sex we repented now what?
me and my fiance are quite young. still teens. we truly love each other and we made love. and we continued to make love frequently for about 6 months we also began to loose our ways in other areas of our christian walk. we talked about it and we repented. so what now? how do we keep our promise to stay abstinent until our wedding night? and is oral sex a sin? how about manual sex? and is having lingerie a sin? and what about my fiancee seeing me in it?
Make up your mind - this is what God says, and by his grace, you will do it. And I think you know the answer to your latter questions.......

"Finally, brothers, we instructed you how to live in order to please God, as in fact you are living. Now we ask you and urge you in the Lord Jesus to do this more and more. For you know what instructions we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus.
It is God's will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God; and that in this matter no one should wrong his brother or take advantage of him. The Lord will punish men for all such sins, as we have already told you and warned you. For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. Therefore, he who rejects this instruction does not reject man but God, who gives you his Holy Spirit. "

Anyone wants to read a new Shojo manga?
i am working on a short story manga, and i was wondering if anyone wanted 2 read it. I plan to have 2 links that lead to either Deviant art or blogger.com so that way the public can view it. The comic itself will be inked and lettered by the way, and i just might color the pages as well X>. I'm doing this because i want to get an opinion from an unbiased group of peeps

Title:
2Cute2Doubt
Rose Qy is an 18 year old model for "2Cute" and "Romance Guy"'s fashion magazine and clothing line. "2Cute" is a worldwide famous teen and young adult clothing store of high fashion. "Romance Guy" is a lingerie fashion industry that also has a weekly magazine that comes out. Each magazine always has a 3-page spread love story that uses the models to describe the story almost like a regular novel with pictures in it.

Rose is also dating her long time, guyhood love (since she was 13) Teken Abhor. Teken is a 19 year old college student that majors in business. While Rose models, Teken is in class, so at times Teken has a few doubts about Rose because he fears that she might fall for one of the guys she photographs with. Of course, over and over again, Rose always told Teken that he has nothing to worry about. But and upcoming "bedroom" photo shoot for "Romance Guy" with one of the hottest male models in fashion leaves Teken second guessing.

yes and i must say that this comic will be a little risqué with a couple of scenes but it will be good i promise. If you guys have any questions about the comic email me at leannapearlblue36@yahoo.com. Also after you have read it email me as well, let me know what you think of my art work.

Alright, I'm going to tell you now that I'm not trying to be mean. Just, er, giving some advice.

The first paragraph is good for a shojo manga. However, you will lose about 9/10s of your readers the second the realize she already has a boyfriend. If that's what you want, fine, but most of the fun in a shojo manga is the interaction between the two main characters, and if they're already dating, it's like there's no fight left in 'em.

If you do plan on having them date from the beginning, try putting some sort of actual conflict in the summary. Every guy worries about his girl when she's with attractive men. Nothing new, nothing creative. Also, girls sometimes dislike those sort of guys who can't trust their girlfriend even though she's never betrayed him and she's been doing it for a while. (Again, though, I suggest you start them out as friends, not all lovey-dovey.)

As for your art.. it's not particuarly bad, but it's not really mature enough. It's much too cartoony/guyish, especially for this sort of plot. You may need to practice quite a bit more. (Also, try not to use colored pencil for cover art. Watercolors are typically favored, or anything with a smoother look).

In any case, I hope you consider some of this, though whether or not you apply it is your business. (Also, if this answer shows up twice, I had redo it on my main account.) Good luck ^-^
Men in 20's want wives wear lingerie?
My husband and I ran off and got married as teens a few months after high school. We're still married, but we've had two guys. We were so poor when we married that I never bought or wore any lingerie. Now, we're in our mid 20's and for the first time in our marriage he's gone away on a trip for a few weeks. I've been thinking about buying some to surprise him when he gets back, but I don't know if I should. He's in his mid 20's and doesn't exactly need anything to get excited, I've never worn it for him before, and I really don't know exactly to get.

Do men (even young guys) like to see their wives in this even if they've never seen them in it before? Does it excite even young guys? What do men like to see?
I dont care what anyone says on here, YES!!!!
Im in my mid 20's and i would love it if my wife was wearing some lingerie when i got home from a trip. Listen u guys have been married for awhile so by doing this it will make him feel wanted and needed, therefore it doesnt matter what u buy, something is better then nothing.
Its like asking a guy why they like to go to strip clubs, the stripper usually comes out in some sort of lingerie b4 stripping down naked.
Even us young guys like a little different excitement every now and then u know.
